Do you offer same-day collection?
Yes we do! or we can collect at anytime you require.
Can I add items on the day of collection?
Yes, absolutely! If you’d like to add any items on the day, please let us know beforehand so we can update your quote and, most importantly, make sure there’s enough space on the vehicle.
Alternatively, we can confirm the updated quote upon arrival - and if there isn’t enough space, we can always reschedule a follow-up collection.
How do I pay?
No upfront payment required! Once the job is complete you will receive an online invoice. At this point you can make payment by Credit/Debit card, ApplePay, Bank Transfer or we also offer Klarna, which allows you to pay in 30 days.
How does Klarna work?
Once you’re happy with our quote, you can choose to pay using Klarna. Please note, Klarna payments must be approved before collection.
To get started, simply provide your full name, email address, and home address. Once we receive these details, we’ll send you a secure payment link within 10–15 minutes.
Click the Klarna option at checkout and follow the on-screen steps to complete the approval. Once approved, we’ll take care of everything and arrange your collection.
